Mynians VoIP vs Nextiva in Florida:Published Pricing, Terms and Support Compared
Nextiva is a capable platform, and at its entry tier it is cheaper than we are — Core is published at $15 per user per month. What that price requires is a twelve-month minimum term. Ours requires nothing. This page compares both providers on published rates, published terms and what each of us commits to in writing, verified 26 August 2026.
Nextiva wins on the $15 annual Core price. Mynians wins month to month at $17.95 versus $23, and our published price does not require an annual term.

Pricing Is Only Half the Nextiva Comparison
The price changes depending on the plan and term. These are the published numbers, followed by the contract and implementation details that can change the real cost of switching.
Five details worth reading before you choose either provider
Where Nextiva wins: Core at $15 on an annual term undercuts our $17.95 floor. If that plan covers what you need, take it.
Where we win: month to month, Nextiva Core is $23 and we are $17.95. We never require a term to get our price.
The uptime question: Nextiva markets 99.999% uptime; its Master Terms state “WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU CREDIT FOR ANY INTERRUPTION OF NEXTIVA SERVICES” and that service is accepted “AS IS.”
Renewal: Nextiva's terms auto-renew for another full term unless cancelled at least 30 days before it ends. Ours need 30 days' notice and stop.
Implementation: Nextiva publishes 30, 60 and 90-day implementation timelines by package. We build in parallel and cut over once it is verified.

It is a real product from a real company and that is a legitimate choice. Choose us if you would rather not sign a term to get the advertised price, you want the call flow designed and installed with you rather than left to a portal, you want call recording included from Professional with a defined retention period, or you want a local team that answers. On month-to-month terms we are also simply cheaper: $17.95 against $23.If you are also weighing RingCentral or a carrier-bundled option, the same published-terms treatment is on our RingCentral, Spectrum Business and AT&T Business comparisons.

Nextiva-Quality VoIP Across Florida
While Nextiva serves Florida from their Arizona headquarters with excellent phone support, we are a Florida company and that changes the service model rather than the physics. We build and test in parallel before cutover and confirm the schedule with you up front. Nextiva publishes 30, 60 and 90-day implementation packages by contrast, and its own onboarding material specifies that on-site and in-person training carry additional cost. We serve businesses across all major Florida markets with the same Nextiva-quality standards at lower pricing. Whether you're in downtown Orlando, the Tampa tech corridor, Miami's financial district, or Jacksonville's logistics hub, you get direct Mynians support from our Winter Garden base, and people who understand Florida business requirements—including
hurricane preparedness and business continuity planning.

🚀 How Florida Installations Run
Nextiva publishes standard implementation timelines of 30, 60 and 90 days depending on package. We build and test the new system in parallel, then cut over once it is verified — and we confirm the expected schedule with you before anything moves. No difference in service quality—just faster deployment with teams who understand Florida building access, elevator scheduling, and business requirements.
Florida Industry Solutions: Nextiva Features, Local Support
Nextiva serves every industry well with their excellent support—but their national approach means they don't specialize in Florida-specific requirements like HIPAA compliance for healthcare, hurricane preparedness for hospitality, or rapid deployment for Florida's fast-growing tech sector.
Healthcare & Medical
Florida healthcare practices have HIPAA obligations that their phone system has to support. Nextiva offers HIPAA compliance. We execute the Business Associate Agreement directly with you and configure the call flows around how the practice actually runs.
- ✓ Healthcare call handling on Enterprise ($32.99/line), BAA availability confirmed in writing
- ✓ BAA availability confirmed in writing before you sign
- ✓ Recording controls and controlled voicemail access
- ✓ EHR workflow requirements reviewed with you
- ✓ On-call routing for after-hours calls
- ✓ Walk-through of how calls and voicemail are handled, for your own compliance review
Legal & Professional Services
Law firms, accounting practices, and consulting firms need reliable call handling and clean records. We configure hunt groups, call logging and professional routing, and train the team on it.
- ✓ Call recording with a defined retention period for client documentation
- ✓ CRM screen-pop can be scoped for supported CRMs
- ✓ Front-desk routing built to your call flow
- ✓ Find-me/follow-me for attorney mobility
- ✓ Conference calling
- ✓ Parallel build and verified cutover, schedule confirmed up front
Hospitality & Retail
Storm season, seasonal staffing swings and multi-site operations all shape what a tourism or retail phone system has to do. Ask any provider you are considering — including us — to show you in writing how calls are handled when a location goes offline.
- ✓ Mobile app for staff flexibility
- ✓ Multi-location call routing (hotel chains, retail groups)
- ✓ Call queuing & peak-hour management
- ✓ Holiday and after-hours routing set once across locations

What we removed from this page, and why
Nextiva prices that do not exist. This page previously stated Nextiva charged $18.95, $38.95 and $57.95 per line. None of those figures appear anywhere in Nextiva's published pricing. The real tiers are Core $15, Engage $25 and Scale $75 on annual billing. “Lower prices” as the page's headline claim. It was not true at the entry tier and we have said so above instead of hiding it. Three customer testimonials. We could not establish them as real, attributable and authorised, so they are gone rather than anonymised. Savings figures. Annual and per-month savings totals built on the invented Nextiva prices have been removed. A setup-fee comparison. Nextiva states plainly that it does not charge set-up fees. Claiming otherwise was wrong. Support and latency claims. Neither provider publishes a measured response time or latency figure, so neither belongs on this page.Implied offices. We serve Orlando, Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville. We do not have branch offices there, and the page no longer suggests we do.
Not sure which of us is the better fit?
If you appreciate Nextiva's quality but want lower pricing, faster installation, and local Florida support, the honest answer is that it depends on the tier and the term — Core beats us, month-to-month we beat Core, and our mid and top tiers include things Nextiva charges extra for. Free consultation, no pressure. See if we're the right fit for your Florida business.
