Florida business phones
Florida VoIP phone systems, mapped right the first time.
Mynians is a Winter Garden business phone company serving Orlando and the rest of Florida. We read your current bill, map exactly how calls should move — front desk, departments, after-hours — and build the phone system around that map. The people who design the routing are the people who answer when it needs to change.

Before you book
Three things to know up front.
Nobody likes finding these out on the pricing page. So they're here first.
Plans start at 5 lines.
Essential and Professional have a 5-line minimum. Enterprise is 10. Running 1–4 lines? Ask — we quote those case by case, typically $22–45 a line, on the same no-contract terms.
Healthcare call handling is on the Enterprise plan.
Encrypted call paths, controlled voicemail access, and a signed BAA come with Enterprise at $32.99 a line. No vendor can certify a practice compliant. We can show you exactly how calls and voicemail are handled.
Desk phones are optional — bought, not rented.
Most teams run the mobile app and the desktop softphone. Handsets are a one-time purchase. There is no equipment-rental line on any plan.

How it works
From "we need phones" to live, without losing calls.
Most installs go live in 72 hours once your numbers clear to port and your site is ready. Porting runs alongside — typically 5–10 business days — so the old system keeps ringing until every line is verified on the new one.
Why Mynians
Built for Florida businesses.
No call-center vibe. No Franken-stack. Just a clean VoIP setup that works and stays working.
Mapped before it's built
The call flow is designed on paper before anything is provisioned. You see how calls will move before committing a dollar.
Ported clean
Numbers move without downtime. Cutover scheduled around your hours, every line test-called after the switch. No porting fee.
Pricing stays simple
One number per line per month. The quote matches the invoice. Minimums stated up front, not in the fine print.
Local support that answers

Ready for hurricane season
Failover to mobile is configured during onboarding and tested with you — in May, not during the warning. How failover works
Phones, network, and cabling — one team
When a call drops, nobody points at another vendor. The same company handles the phone system, the network it runs on, and the wiring in the wall.
Industries we serve
Configured for how your business actually runs.
From clinic front desks to job-site call routing — the map is drawn around your day, not a template.
Medical & dental
Encrypted call paths, controlled voicemail access, and a signed BAA. Front-desk routing that doesn't leave the phone ringing.
Enterprise plan · Healthcare call handlingLaw firms
Calls reach the right attorney. Conference bridges. Recording that retains the way your policy says it should.
Contractors & trades
Same business number on every phone in the truck. Dispatch routing and a mobile app for crews.
Retail & restaurants
Five locations, one system, one bill. Holiday and after-hours routing set once, across every store.
Real estate
Agent numbers that follow agents to mobile. A listings line that reaches a person, not a directory maze.
Professional services
Accounting, consulting, agencies. Callers reach a person; reporting shows who answered and who didn't.

Florida VoIP, answered.
Common questions from Florida business owners considering hosted VoIP.
How fast can you install?
Most installs go live in 72 hours once your site is ready and your numbers clear to port. Porting is a separate carrier process, typically 5–10 business days, so we run the old and new systems side by side until every ported number is confirmed. Multi-location rollouts take longer; you get a dated plan during the review.
Can I keep my existing business numbers?
Yes, and there's no porting fee. We handle the carrier paperwork, schedule the cutover outside your busy hours, and test-call every line after the switch. How porting works
What does it actually cost?
$17.95 a line on Essential, $27.95 on Professional — both with a 5-line minimum — and $32.99 on Enterprise, with a 10-line minimum. Per line, per month. No setup fee, no per-minute charges, no equipment rental. Businesses with 1–4 lines are quoted case by case, typically $22–45 a line. Full pricing
Do you handle medical and dental practices?
Yes. Encrypted call paths, controlled voicemail access, and a signed Business Associate Agreement are part of the Enterprise plan, $32.99 a line with a 10-line minimum. No vendor can certify a practice compliant; we show you exactly how calls and voicemail are handled so your own review is straightforward. Healthcare call handling
What happens during a hurricane or internet outage?
Calls fail over to mobile apps and cell phones by rules set during onboarding, and we test that path with you before season. The office going dark doesn't mean the phones do. Failover and redundancy
Is there a contract?
No. Service is month to month, per line. Cancel with 30 days' notice, no penalty.
What internet speed do I need?
Each call uses roughly 100 Kbps. For a typical 10-line office, a stable 5–10 Mbps upload is the practical minimum. We test your connection during the review and flag anything that needs attention before go-live.
Who do I reach after hours?
Our hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET, at (407) 374-2782. Before you sign, we put in writing what happens outside those hours for your account, so there's no guessing during an outage.
