Before you decide
Do I have to schedule a consultation?
No. Standard-fit businesses can complete the blueprint and verified order request online. Mynians VoIP may ask focused technical questions when the environment requires clarification.
What does standard implementation cost?
$149 for 5–9 licensed users. Standard implementation is included for 10 or more users. Configurations below a plan minimum or with nonstandard work require a custom written quote.
Can I keep my existing numbers?
Most valid numbers can be requested for porting, but port eligibility and timing must be verified with the losing and gaining carriers. Do not disconnect existing service before the port is confirmed.
Will there be downtime?
The transition is planned to reduce risk, but zero downtime cannot be guaranteed. The final cutover plan identifies timing, temporary routing, dependencies, testing, and escalation.
When does billing or service begin?
Only after a completed, itemized order is accepted and the first charge date, recurring schedule, technical prerequisites, and activation status are confirmed in writing.
